The kitten must be owned and cared for by the original purchaser or all guarantees herein, stated or
implied, are null and void.  The kitten is guaranteed to be in sound health at time of delivery to the
purchaser.  The kitten has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and was found to be in good health
and free of obvious defect prior to delivery to purchaser. The purchaser agrees to keep the kitten indoors in
a clean and safe environment.  Proper nutrition, health care and affection must be provided for the kitten as
directed by the seller.  The kitten must be isolated from all other animals for at least the first 72 hours after
delivery to the purchaser. The kitten is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time of arrival.  It is
advised that the kitten be examined by a veterinarian within this time period.  If the kitten is found to be in
poor health or has a life threatening illness, not to include recent injury or trauma, as diagnosed by the
veterinarian, this must be reported to the seller immediately. If within the 72 hour time period, the purchaser
elects to return the kitten for poor health or life threatening illness a full purchase price will be refunded.  
Seller does not assume responsibility of any medical costs for the kitten while the kitten is under the
purchaser’s care. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
By signing this contract, the purchaser acknowledges that this contract is understood and agreed upon.  
This contract is legally binding to all parties involved.
